Dr. Ilana Kwartin

CEO

Dr. Kwartin is an inspirational speaker, feminist activist, legislative advisor, author and entrepreneur. Ilana specializes in women’s rights and lectures on the convergence of Law and Gender, women’s rights in Israel, Coercive Control in marriage and on activism as a tool for social change. She represents women who experience coercive control in their relationships and teaches Zumba to women as a means to self-empowerment.
Ilana is the author of the book Imprisoned, exploring the hidden phenomenon of Coercive Control in relationships.
Ilana is a mother of four and lives with her family in the southern periphery of Israel.
Today, Ilana is the CEO of Healing Space Rishpon.

Dr. Rony Berger

Clinical Director

Dr. Rony Berger is a senior clinical psychologist and a family and child therapist who is an internationally recognized expert in dealing with the psychological preparation for and aftermath of terrorism and other major disasters. Dr. Berger is on the faculty of Emergency Medicine at Ben Gurion University as well as on the faculty of the Stress, Crisis and Trauma program at Tel Aviv University. He is the Director of Disaster Relief and Rehabilitation Unit at Brit Olam, an International Relief organization, and also a Fellow in Psychology Beyond Borders, a humanitarian organization aimed at alleviating psychological suffering in the aftermath of traumatic events.

Tal Sterlin Halperin

Human Resources Director

HR manager, career consultant and group facilitator. She has served as the Vice President of Human Resources in business and social organizations for the past 20 years, owns a private clinic for career counseling for women at significant points in their lives, and leads groups on employment and career development. Has a master’s degree in organizational-systemic sociology from the University of Haifa, has volunteered for many years in social organizations – various community groups, and since October 7, the founder and CEO of an art-rehabilitation project called “Hefetz Maavar”.

Jonathan Tomkins

Director of Operations

Project manager with master’s degree in organizational consulting. In the past, he managed the “Tevel Betzedek” program in Nepal, an environmental entrepreneur for one-time use downsizing in Israel, worked at the “Meser” training center in Tel Hashomer hospital, developed training programs at “Anush”. Has rich experience in management in the third sector and is a great believer in people. 

You will also find him on the beaches of Tel Aviv playing beach volleyball and at campsites on the weekends.

Chief of Staff and responsible for the welfare of the employees

Owner of a clinic, trainer in the Satya method for individuals, couples and groups in personal development processes.
Initiator, facilitator, producer and creator of meaningful spaces. Believes in connecting the business and social worlds and creating shared value.
As a companion and as someone who makes her own way, I find that I believe in the person, in transformation and existential action. I act out of the passion to enable people to dare to live their lives authentically, contributing and freely. I believe with all my heart, that we must realize our right and duty to have a happy life and be free unconditionally.

Shahaf Samuch

Project Manager and Resource Development

A bachelor’s degree in sustainability and governance with honors, a graduate of the “Argov” program.

Daniel Schwartz

Head of Construction and Volunteers Facilitator

Daniel Schwartz is an architect, artist and entrepreneur whose passion lies in creating spaces that foster positive social impact, community building and ecological sustainability. His work crosses the accepted boundaries, and incorporates elements of healing and attention in his designs.
Daniel, who specializes in creating with wood, metal and glass, believes in the power of these materials not only to design physical structures but also to slow down the pace of life and foster meaningful relationships between people.
His holistic approach to architecture aims to harmonize human needs with the natural environment, leaving a lasting legacy of beauty, functionality and interconnections that contribute to social and community resilience.

Director of Marketing

Responsible for communications, public relations and marketing at Healing Space Rishpon.
Ronit specializes in social media marketing and employer branding with over 10 years of experience in the field of marketing, e-commerce and communications.

Project Manager and Special Events

Shany has many years of experience in producing events and weddings.
On October 7, she joined the Ronit Farm as a volunteer and the rest is history…
In addition, she has also been an actress all of her life, a graduate of Yoram Levinstein
and a graduate of a course at the Stella Adler studio in New York.
Winner of the America Israel Foundation Scholarship with honors.
Shany says:” I love people and especially love to see their souls open to new worlds that they didn’t know existed in them and in the world, as soon as they enter our farm.
It’s magic that happens every day and there’s nothing that excites me more than that”.
